Hi, I’m Dré. Welcome! I’m so happy you found your way here.
Sitting in women’s circles saved my life and then became my way of living. I want you to experience the beauty, value, and possibility of this ancient and profound practice.
For over thirty years, I have circled with friends and family, women gathered in living rooms, backyards, and tipis, children in classrooms, and strangers in boardrooms. These circles have spanned generations, cultures, and communities, each one deepening my understanding of our connection to something beyond ourselves.
This is space is for you to experience The Art of Circling, listen to inspiring guests on Circle This podcast, an extension of my life in circles, meet powerful practitioners from my community, and become part of something that values and supports you.
Every circle and conversation is to remind us that life was never meant to be done alone. That your story matters. Your voice matters.
The Art of Circling is a group mindfulness practice that brings ancient ritual into modern settings to empower individuals, strengthen communities,
and enhance group connection.
Through storytelling, deep listening, authentic witnessing, and interconnected meditation, the practice creates meaningful transformation—helping people feel more grounded in themselves, more connected to one another, and more engaged with the collective wisdom of any gathering.
My absolute joy is to hold space for people, and even better, supporting people in how to hold themselves—in any room, in any conversation, and in any season of life—while staying deeply connected to who they are.
Whether in circles, podcast conversations, retreats, or one-on-one coaching, I'm devoted to sharing what becomes possible when people truly listen to one another and discover how much they share. Every story creates connection. Every connection creates belonging.
The Art of Circling is a practice anyone can enjoy. It's an invitation to listen beyond assumptions, speak from lived experience, witness without fixing, and discover that our stories are far more connected than we ever imagined.
When we hear one another speak of grief, joy, heartbreak, courage, failure, or triumph, something shifts. Walls dissolve. Masks come off. We stop relating through judgment and begin relating through our shared humanity.
And that's where it gets good.
“Dré doesn’t try to fix you or inspire you into becoming someone else. She sits with you until you remember who you already are.”
“In Dre's presence, I stopped performing, told the truth, and felt my body relax in a way it hadn’t in years. Being in her circle changed how I listen to myself.”
“Dre holds space the way few people do. Quietly. Honestly. Long enough for the truth to surface.”
“During one of Dre’s circles, I realized my story was never too much, never too painful, never wrong. It was only ever sacred.”
